A Public listening session is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2025, to receive input on how to improve the Fresno region’s transportation planning process.
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will conduct the 2025 Fresno Council of Governments (Fresno COG) certification review to evaluate the regional transportation planning process carried out by FresnoCOG and its partners. Every four years the FHWA and the FTA jointly complete this type of review and we invite the public to share its comments with us either in-person or by virtual connection as follows:

(Virtual) Meeting Registration – Zoom, after registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Oral and written comments may be presented either in-person at FresnoCOG or through the Microsoft Teams meeting platform. Written comments also can be accepted through Monday, March 31, 2025, by email sent to cert.review@dot.gov.
