Fresno COG RFP for RTP/SCS/PEIR Legal Services
The Fresno Council of Governments (Fresno COG) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide legal assistance to Fresno COG with the development of the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS) and the Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2026 RTP/SCS. The EIR shall be a legally defensible document in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Senate Bill (SB) 375, SB 743, and other relevant legislation, as appropriate.
