What is it? Handy Ride is a reservation-based, demand responsive service, providing curb-to-curb transportation for qualified senior and disabled persons within the Fresno Area Express (FAX) service area.
Who may use it? Service is available to those persons who, because of the nature of their disability, are unable to use the FAX fixed-route system. Additionally, individuals who are 62 years of age or older are eligible to use Handy Ride.
